Appointment
Policy
Walk-in clients are welcome,
however appointments are preferred. Emergency/urgent cases shall
always receive top priority followed by patients with previously
scheduled appointments. Walk-in patients will be seen as time
allows.
We ask that you give us 24 hour
notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so that
we may accomodate the rest of our clients. If multiple
cancellations become a problem we may request that appointments not
be scheduled during prime hours (evenings and Saturdays) in the
future.
All boarding reservations
require a credit card number to hold the reservation. All no
show reservations will be charged for 1 night boarding. If a
cancellation is necessary, please make it at least 48 hours in
advance to avoid this charge. This allows us to better
accomodate our clients boarding requests.
