Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency/urgent cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. Walk-in patients will be seen as time allows.
We ask that you give us 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so that we may accomodate the rest of our clients. If multiple cancellations become a problem we may request that appointments not be scheduled during prime hours (evenings and Saturdays) in the future.
All no show boarding reservations will be charged for 1 night of boarding. If a cancellation is necessary, please make it at least 48 hours in advance to avoid this charge. This allows us to better accomodate our clients boarding requests.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. If at any time you would like an estimate of charges, please ask any staff member. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks. We also now accept CareCredit (see link below).
All ill pets hospitalized with us will be given a written estimate of charges, if requested. 50% of payment is expected before treatment begins, with the balance due when the pet is discharged.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. We provide cardboard cat carriers at no charge. If you need one, please ask the reception staff and one can be brought to your car.
