Species We Treat

We see cats, dogs, ferrets, rabbits, and other small mammals such as guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, and mice. 

Surgical Services

Our surgical suite provides for the performance of a wide variety of surgical procedures, including spays, neuters, declaws, mass removals, abdominal and exploratory surgeries, eye surgery, cruciate repair, thyroid removal, as well as many others.  We treat every surgery and every pet as the most important case.  We believe that it is very important to use appropriate sterile equipment, suture material and sterile attire.

Wellness

We provide care for your pet throughout all stages of their life. Preventive care, including annual physical examinations and wellness screenings, are crucial in early detection and effective management of serious health problems that may arise. 

Ultrasound & Radiography

Our on-site, modern X-ray equipment provides rapid high quality radiographs to aid in the diagnosis of many disorders.  We also offer ultrasound of the abdomen and heart to diagnose many disorders.

Dental Services

Our dental services include teeth cleaning and polishing, dental X-rays, tooth extractions and oral surgery. Our modern equipment and additional training allow us to diagnose and treat many common dental conditions.

Lab Work

Our in-house laboratory facilities allow us to obtain results for serum chemistry, hematology, serology, urinalysis and parasite testing.  We have rapid in-house diagnostics that provide for diagnosis of feline leukemia/FIV and parvovirus, as well as canine and feline heartworm. We also utilize commercial veterinary laboratories for specialized diagnostics and consultations.

Acupuncture

 Acupuncture is one component of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM). It involves the insertion of very thin, flexible sterile needles into specific points on the body to produce a therapeutic effect. Acupuncture can be used as a treatment for a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and gastrointestinal disorders, and quality of life improvement for geriatric and hospice patients. 

Laser Therapy

Laser therapy, also called photobiomodulation therapy, is used to accelerate tissue healing and reduce pain and inflammation. We use laser therapy after most dental and surgical procedures and as an adjunct treatment for chronic and acute conditions such as arthritis, ear infections, and wound healing.
