Payment and Estimate Policy
- Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and CareCredit.
- Our team will provide a itemized estimate before any procedure or service is rendered
- Upon completion of the exam to ensure accuracy and confirmation from owner. You may request one at any point during treatment.
- Every pet is unique, and so are their healthcare needs. While we’re happy to discuss generalized pricing over the phone, accurate estimates require a physical exam and a conversation with our veterinary team.
- If you have budget concerns, let us know - we're happy to discuss treatment options.
- All ill pets hospitalized with us will be given a written estimate of charges.
- 50% of payment may be expected before treatment begins, with the balance due when the pet is discharged.

Here's how it works:
- Payment is Due at the Time of Service
- All services must be paid for in full at the time of your visit.
- You Start a Claim with Your Provider and Handle the Reimbursement
- After your visit, you can submit your invoice and any necessary medical records to your pet insurance provider for reimbursement.
If your provider requests additional documentation, we're happy to assist.
