We operate on an appointment based schedule. We try to reserve time each day for potential emergency/urgent cases. If an emergency or urgent case presents itself, it will always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. Walk-in patients will be seen as time allows.
NEW CLIENTS! We are accepting new clients! In order to reserve your time with the doctor, we are asking for a credit card number. If a new client/pet "no shows" (does not come to appointment and does not inform us they are not coming) then we will charge the credit card a "no show" fee equivalent to our comprehensive examination fee. If you schedule and then are unable to make your appointment, please call us within 12 hours notice and we will remove you from the schedule and your card will not be charged a no show fee.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. If at any time you would like an estimate of charges, please ask any staff member. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks. We also now accept CareCredit (see link below).
All ill pets hospitalized with us will be given a written estimate of charges, if requested. 50% of payment is expected before treatment begins, with the balance due when the pet is discharged.
Patient Arrival Policy
Please call us from the parking lot when you arrive. We are taking patient history over the phone and then having a staff member meet you and your pet at the door. This helps reduce the amount of traffic in our small building.
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. We provide cardboard cat carriers at no charge. If you need one, please ask the reception staff and one can be brought to your car.
